CD Mocky! ベータ版 利用条件
1. 本サービスについて
CD Mocky!は、CDジャケット等のモックアップを作成する無料のベータ版ツールです。現状の機能で提供しており、不具合、表示の乱れ、処理・書き出しの失敗が生じる場合があります。すべての端末・ブラウザーでの動作、出力の正確性、特定の用途への適合性を保証するものではありません。
2. 出力とデータの管理
表示・出力はイメージ確認用です。実物の寸法・色・印刷結果を保証する校正資料や入稿用データではありません。公開、納品、印刷等に使用する前に、利用者自身で内容と品質を確認してください。元のファイルを保管し、必要な出力を随時保存してください。作業内容は自動保存されません。再読み込みやブラウザーの終了、不具合等により、読み込んだ画像や設定などの作業内容が失われる場合があります。
3. ファイルの処理
選択した画像・PDF・AIファイルの処理はブラウザー内で行い、本アプリが選択したファイルの内容を外部サーバーへ送信することはありません。これは、サイトの表示に必要な通信や、ホスティングサービスによるアクセス情報の取り扱いがないことを意味するものではありません。
4. 素材の権利
使用する画像、デザイン、ロゴ、フォント等について、必要な権利または許諾を確保してください。第三者の著作権、商標権、肖像権その他の権利を侵害する利用は禁止します。素材と出力に関する既存の権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。本サービスの利用によって、第三者の素材を利用する権利が与えられるものではありません。
5. 提供とサポート
運営上の都合により、事前の予告なく本サービスの機能を変更し、提供を中断または終了する場合があります。継続的な提供、個別サポート、不具合の修正または対応時期を約束するものではありません。
6. 免責
法令で認められる範囲で、運営者は、本サービスの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。ただし、消費者契約法が適用される場合、運営者または運営者が使用する者に故意または重大な過失がある場合、生命・身体に損害が生じた場合、その他法令により免責が認められない場合には、この免責は適用しません。
これらの場合に運営者が法令上の損害賠償責任を負うときは、運営者または運営者が使用する者の軽過失（重大な過失を除く過失）による損害に限り、その賠償範囲を通常生ずべき直接の損害に限定し、逸失利益および特別の事情から生じた損害を含まないものとします。この制限は、生命・身体に生じた損害その他法令により責任の制限が認められない場合には適用しません。
CD Mocky! Beta Terms of Use
1. About the service
CD Mocky! is a free beta tool for creating CD artwork mockups. It is provided with its current functionality and may contain bugs, display errors, or processing and export failures. Compatibility with every device or browser, accuracy of output, and suitability for a particular purpose are not guaranteed.
2. Output and your data
Previews and exports are for visual reference. They are not print proofs or production-ready print files and do not guarantee physical dimensions, colors, or printing results. Check the content and quality before publishing, delivering, or printing. Keep your original files and save required exports regularly. Your work is not automatically saved. Reloading, closing your browser, or technical failures may cause your work, including imported images and settings, to be lost.
3. File processing
Selected image, PDF, and AI files are processed in your browser. This app does not send the contents of selected files to external servers. This does not mean that there are no network requests needed to display the site or that the hosting service does not handle access information.
4. Rights in content
You must have the rights or permissions needed to use your images, designs, logos, fonts, and other materials. Use that infringes copyright, trademarks, rights of publicity, or other third-party rights is prohibited. Existing rights in materials and output remain with their respective rights holders. Using this service does not grant rights to third-party materials.
5. Availability and support
For operational reasons, the operator may change the service’s features or suspend or discontinue the service without prior notice. Continued availability, individual support, bug fixes, and response times are not promised.
6. Disclaimer of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this service. This exclusion does not apply where Japan’s Consumer Contract Act applies, where the operator or persons engaged by the operator act intentionally or with gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or where exclusion of liability is otherwise prohibited by law.
Where the operator is legally liable in any such case, liability arising only from ordinary negligence, excluding gross negligence, of the operator or persons engaged by the operator is limited to direct losses that ordinarily arise and excludes lost profits and losses arising from special circumstances. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury or where limiting liability is prohibited by law.
